My experience with Honda of Annapolis exceeded my high expectations. Every aspect of our recent purchase of a 2026 Honda Passport demonstrated commitment to customer focus and attention to detail. My salesman, Arbin, accommodated several visits to narrow our model selection, conducted multiple test drives (sometimes with helpful fellow salesman, Mohammad, when Arbin was out), and assisted with the on-line build process to assess pricing impact of desired accessories. Jimmy, our sales manager, gave us a great deal, explaining all out-the-door line-item costs clearly and up front—unlike some other dealers which did not first mention costs like title and tag fees. The meeting to discuss financing was anything but the often-stressful experience of a high-pressure pitch to sell add-ons. Those options were explained clearly but not pushed. So glad I walked the block from the dealership’s excellent service center (which has serviced our Honda Pilot for 20 years) to the sales showroom. Hats off to owner, Con Errico, for running a tight ship.
