I used to use Ourisman Honda as my [primary] service center, but NO LONGER, as unlike Honda of Annapolis are nickel and diming customers by charging 3% for simply paying invoices with a credit card. Not charging such additional on fees is an excellent advertisement. I called several dealers and local Anne Arundel vehicle service centers, who DO NOT penalized their customers settling maintenance invoices with a Mastercard/Visa. I also will NEVER purchase another new Honda from Ourisman for treating clients by nickel and diming them to gain 3% surcharges. Use Honda of Annapolis for now. If they also change, call around to other local vehicle service centers to avoid these disrespectful fees, that actually target those less fortunate customers that may not have hundreds or thousands readily available in cash/debit.

This review is for the service department. Tray the service manager is phenomenal. He was patient with me because I had many many questions. Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I recently purchased a car from a dealership in VA. It had to be Maryland Inspected. This dealership does Maryland State Inspections. The whole process was easy peasy. Tray and his team will get you in and out. This is not a dealership where you are sitting for hours waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. I definitely recommend this dealership if you have a Honda and need servicing. And by the way the guys does not know that I am writing this review. I thought it would be useful because when I was trying to find a dealership to take my car for servicing I used the google reviews to guide me. I hope this helps anyone like me who appreciates great customer service.

Thrilled with my new Honda! Everyone at Honda of Annapolis was very friendly and helpful. Keith Stewart was especially kind and thoughtful, and he worked very quickly at my request because I had to get to work. He is also just an all around good guy. My last experience at another dealership I spent all day there seemingly for no reason, whereas here I pretty much knew what I wanted - though I did have to narrow it down a little. Keith helped me make the right decision for me, and I could not be happier with the car I got. Steve was also very friendly - I had met him a couple weeks prior when I went to get my headlight fixed on my old car before doing the trade-in. Overall I got a great deal that I'm very happy with.

Well to start off it was bad. First I arrived at the wrong building. I was at the car dealership, not service. Once at service I walked in the building( my first time at this Honda center) I waited at the reception desk for someone. Noone ever came so I sat down. My appointment was scheduled for 7:30 am. It's 8:05 now a lady named Denise is now at the desk and as I approached her she tells me to drive my car up and the guys will help me. .y issue is I am here for the first time. I saw no sign saying to drive up. Also, the receptionist said nothing to any of the customer waiting in the waiting room. I did loose it but I apologized to the two men. After that they did take good care of why I was there. After they fixed my recall they told me that I would need tires and brakes soon. Again I want to say thank you for your service and for your patience with me. I would recommend this Honda Service Center for your car needs.

So first off I wanna say 5 star for Arbin and Kieth over there I went to 2 different dealerships and a shop to get my 2015 Toyota rav4 with 60 thousand miles fixed and of course they let me down and milked me but NOT Honda of Annapolis they treated me amazing I didn’t lift a finger they made all the major phone calls all the trading information for me and I was able to get rid of my nightmare of a 2015 Toyota for a 2026 Honda CRV with 7 miles rolling off the lot I am beyond happy and if you are hesitant this is your sign GO!!!!!!!! you won’t regret it

My first time shopping and buying a car after my '98 4Runner gave out on me after 222k miles and multiple problems. Saw a Rav4 here and was interested. Worked with Marcus Humes, who is great! He was as transparent as possible, flexible, and easy to work with. He made sure to answer any questions, was patient throughout the process, and made it as seamless as possible. Got a great deal on a great car that will hopefully last me as long as my 4Runner did!

We recently purchased a 2026 Honda Passport and could not have been more pleased with our experience at Honda of Annapolis and Steve Chase, the Sales Manager. We worked with Carrie Cianciolo and Keith Stewart. Carrie and Keith made the buying process easy as well as fun. Carrie was very patient with us while we were deciding between the Pilot or the Passport, pointing out the differences between the two. Keith spent a great deal of time with us finalizing the transaction and going over all the features of the Passport making sure everything was perfect before driving off the lot. We have also visited the Service Department to have accessories added to the Passport and Alonzo Lester has been great to work with as well.
