The on-line new car negotiation/buying process was very easy & I would highly encourage customers to use this tool. Working my trade-in was another matter. Expect to be low balled multiple times & a lot of nit-picking on minor cosmetic issues. But in the end, I got Almost everything I asked for $$$. Good Luck!
